How to Care for Coasters / Serving Trays?
Use a microfiber cloth to clean.
When washing use mild soap and warm water. Avoid abrasive material like sponge. Avoid rubbing metallic edging. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Not dishwasher safe.
If a warm mug leaves indents in your coaster, simply run it under hot water for 30+ seconds and the marks should disappear. Dry immediately, lay flat.
Your coasters/trays may become more malleable (bendy/soft) when exposed to heat (sun, a warm mug) This is normal and should not cause damage. Lay it flat. Keep away from extreme heat. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
Clean Coasters before stacking after each use. This includes cup marks, condensation, water, etc.
What is it made of?
These are handmade, unique and one of a kind epoxy resin products.
All products are molded from the safe epoxy resin, which contains no impurities or solvents. It is an odorless, transparent mass that is widely used in a variety of industries to make countertops, furniture, jewelry, handicrafts, and a variety of other products suitable for home use
What is your return policy?
Due to the specific product preparation technique and the fact that these products are handmade, each product may have different embossments, small, barely visible air bubbles or scratches that may occur during production, but do not affect the overall quality of the product. For the the reasons above no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 7 days after receiving the product and we will determine if that product can be returned.
Why does custom order take up to 2 weeks?
It takes 2-3 (sometimes even more, depending on the design) layers to complete custom creation. Plus it needs 7 days to cure after it is finished before it is shipped.
